I speak from the heart when I say that unless you get your mindset right first—efforts toward change will fail or be short lived. This may seem simplistic to work on your mind first and then set out on your journey of change, but it is necessary.

I have chronic back pain & spams due to an injury five years ago. Disc & nerve issues from L2-S1. Trying to maintain pain has been difficult. I... read more was hoping for relief, but was still a little skeptical. I went to Black Hills IV and I wish I lived in Rapid. Lol! I laid on the bed in a decent amount of pain. Within maybe two minutes, I felt my back release and relax. The PEMF chair was different than I had expected, but as soon as I was done with both treatments my entire body felt different, in a good way. It is hard to describe, but it felt recharged and lowered my pain significantly. I had one of my kids with me who tried Brain Tap. They selected "How to be a better sibling." We got home and I was shocked at the difference in them. They seemed more calm & relaxed. Very positive experience!! The atmosphere is extremely friendly & relaxing.
